Material procurement, supply, product quality control and inventory for the facilities management of an occupied regional medical facility, including an emergency clinic and laboratory, electrical and mechanical systems.  $1MM annual facilities management and procurement contract.  The contract includes construction management services for complex renovations.  We replaced the roof on this medical office building in 2013.
