ADVISORY TEAM

General Contracting/Construction Management:  We provide general contracting and construction management services in complex construction projects.  Services include: design build services, supervision and project management.  Unlike typical general contractors, we SELF PERFORM CARPENTRY.

Engineering:  We provide licensed Civil Engineering Services. We utilize the latest engineering technology, principles and innovative approaches and can perform on the most complex of projects.  We provide a wide variety of services to our clients.

Facilities Management:  We provide Facilities Management and Operations services. We also assist your business in the analysis and implementation of programs that reduce operating expenses and decrease risk.  We have developed industry specific programs, including programs for healthcare and government facilities. 

Procurement:  We provide procurement management, logistics and supply chain management services.  We sell directly to all federal government agencies, departments and to prime vendors through our teaming partners and distribution network. We assist prime vendors and help other federal suppliers meet their small business socio-economic subcontracting goals.   American First currently supplies SAIC and the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).  American First Contracting's manufactured parts are ISO 9001 and AS9100C compliant.
